After months of radio silence, we now have word on when we can expect to see the second half of Lucifer’s 5th season. When we last left Luci, his father, (God/ Dennis Haysbert) decided that it was finally time to step into the picture and intervene in events.
Today, Netflix announced that the 8-episode, season 5B will be dropping on the streamer this Memorial Day Weekend. The good news is that the 6th and final season of the series filmed immediately after the conclusion of season 5 production. That means we could be able to see how the stories of Lucifer, Amenadiel, Det. Decker, Det. Espinosa, Maze, Ella, Trixie, and Linda wrap up either towards the end of this year, or the beginning of 2022.
