One of the big gems to drop as part of Disney Plus Day today was the first look at Oscar Isaac as Marc Specter in the upcoming Marvel series, Moon Knight. There’s very little to be known about the series as of yet, other than the fact that Ethan Hawke will be playing the bad guy in the show. What we can tell from the trailer is that it looks like this could be the grittiest Marvel series to hit the streamer yet, with a scene featuring Moon Knight pummeling a bad guy that could easily have come out of a Netflix episode of Daredevil or Punisher. Moon Knight hits Disney+ in 2022.
The new series is set for a two-episode premiere, June 4 on Disney+.
