More People Want Meatballs Than Jennifer’s Body

The standings for this past weekend’s box office came out and it looks like “Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs” ate up the competition. the Andy Samberg led CGI movie raked in over $30 million dollars. Coming in at second with $10.5 million was the new Matt Damon film, “The Informant.” Tyler Perry’s newest Medea flick dropped to third this week and the new Jennifer Anniston movie, “Love Happens” came in at a relatively weak 4th.

The big surprise of the weekend was just how badly Megan Fox’s “Jennifer’s Body” ate it. The much-hyped gore fest limped into 5th place with just $6.8 million. Perhaps the rumors that people are getting Fox fatigue are true.
