Courtesy of NYTimes.com who recently did a three page article on Kevin Tanchaoen and WB’s new web-series “Mortal Kombat: Legacy,” we now have our first official look at Baraka. The new look is quite a departure from his original look in the game. He’s now looking more trollish than a dude in a rubber mask with Lee’s Press On Nails as teeth.
Written by Kevin Tancharoen , Aaron Helbing and Todd Helbing, “Mortal Kombat: Legacy” is an anthology of nine live action shorts, and brings to life the motivation behind each character’s participation in the Mortal Kombat tournament. Each episode will provide never-before-revealed insights into characters featured in the upcoming videogame as well as the game’s universe.
The first episode of “Mortal Kombat: Legacy” is currently online, if you haven’t seen it yet, you can watch it here.
