Ne-Yo Joins Up for “Battle: Los Angeles”

THR is reporting that R&B performer Ne-Yo,is one of many new actors who have just signed up to join the cast of “Battle: Los Angeles.” Other new members of the cast include: Ramon Rodriguez, Taylor Handley, Cory Hardrict, Jadin Gould, Bryce Cass and Joey King.

The new cast members join an already impressive cast including Aaron Eckhart, Michelle Rodriguez, Bridget Moynahan and Michael Pena.

Rodriguez, Handley and Hardrict are members of the platoon fighting the invading aliens. Cass, Gould and King are kids trapped in a community center.

The studio is taking advantage of Louisiana’s incentives, with shooting beginning this week in Shreveport. Neal Moritz is producing.
