“Thank God” is the newly released promo trailer for the sixth season of “Dexter.” In a previous interview, Dexter star Michael C. Hall explained how his character was getting some spiritual enlightenment in the new season and this clip definitely follows up with it.
Dexter has been very mindful about what he doesn’t want to pass on to his son and he needs to think about what he does want to pass on. That opens him up to a spiritual life. Inevitably it spills into his relationship with God and his own long-ignored and unacknowledged spiritual appetite.
Season 6 will premiere this fall only on Showtime, and will continue one year after the Season 5 finale. Check out the cool promo and let us know what you think.
