The new trailer is out for Scoob!, the Scooby Doo movie that will serve as both an origin tale for how the Mystery Inc. gang got together and will also be the cornerstone of what appears to be a Hanna-Barbara cinematic universe. As we can see in the trailer, Blue Falcon (Mark Whalberg) and Dynomutt (Ken Jeong) are both being introduced in the film, and Dick Dastardly (Jason Isaacs) will be on hand to play the villain. But, we also know that Tracy Morgan will be popping up at least for a cameo as Captain Caveman. Meanwhile, the core cast of the film includes Gina Rodriguez as Velma; Amanda Seyfried as Daphne; Zac Efron as Fred; Will Forte as Shaggy, Frank Welker as Scooby-Doo, and Kiersey Clemons as Dee Dee
