Just an hour ago, Lucasfilm and Disney dropped a mini-trailer for Star Wars: The Last Jedi and it is a doozy. I think, more than any of the trailers that have come before, this one is trying to lead us towards assuming Luke and Rey will find themselves at opposite ends of a fight. It makes a lot of sense that it could be the case, but it also would make sense if this was more misdirection. I’m not expecting Rey to go fully Dark side, but I would not be surprise if she is tempted and then “saved” by Kylo Ren on his own path for redemption. Either way, I can’t wait for December!
