And why exactly do we need a remake of FLATLINERS? Oh, right… because no one can think of any new ideas and they are all hung up on how they think they could do what someone else did, but better.

It’s being reported that the director The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, Niels Arden Oplev has signed on to direct a remake of the film that was based off the classic Stephen King tale.
