Just a quick post. Latino Review has had some great coverage going on at Cinemacon. It is a big convention where the studios pimp their wares to theater owners and show off all the big movies that are coming out.
One of the things that happened today was the first logo for the Michael Bay Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle film was released.
There’s been a lot of friction over this movie. First, Bay announced it would be called Ninja Turtles, Then, they said that the turtles would not be teenage mutants, but would instead be alien soldiers. The latest cherry on the crap sundae was news that Megan Fox was cast as April O’Neil.
Well, it looks like there might be some change in the air. When the logo for the film was shown to theater owners today, the name of the film was TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES!
