The Nutty Professor was a great movie starring Jerry Lewis. It was not however a great remake by Eddie Murphy. No sir. He pretty well crapped all over that one. Anyways, the modern retelling of Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde is making another come back, but this time it is to the stage and not the screen.
Jerry Lewis not only starred in the original, he also co-write it so it only makes sense that he’d get involved with the Stage Production. He’ll actually be directing the show with music that is currently being composed by Marvin Hamlisch and Rupert Holmes.
