‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’ Premiere Pushed Back Two Days, But Fans Will Get A Double Episode

Star Wars fans who feel like they can’t wait another second to see the upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi series starring Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christiansen are going to have to wait another 172800 seconds because the premiere has just been pushed back by two days.

The downside is that we’ll have to wait until Friday, May 27th to see the first episode of the show, but the upside is that we’ll get to see both the first and second episodes on the same day.

As an interesting aside, this pushes the show right up against the premiere of another highly awaited series return. That’s the same day that part one of the 4th season of Stranger Things drops on Netflix. The lucky thing for both is that this isn’t like a box office showdown or even an old-school TV battle. These are both on-demand streaming shows and most people who want to see them probably already have both streaming services.
