The 50th anniversary special of Doctor Who is fast approaching and the BBC has now released a poster featuring both Matt Smith and David Tennant to Celebrate the November 23rd broadcast.
The special, titled The Day Of The Doctor is a 75 minute TV movie that not only brings the ninth and tenth Doctors together, but also introduces Doctor 9.5, as played by John Hurt. Joining them for the adventure will be past and present companions Jenna Coleman and Billie Piper.
The special episode was written by Steven Moffat, who has largely botched the current season by trying to make each episode a special event. However, this episode IS a special event, so we’ve got some pretty high hopes.
