We’ve known for a while that Russel Crowe was going to be playing the role of Noah in the biblical epic from Darren Aronofsky. Now we know who will be playing the villain in the story.
Deadline is reporting that Ray Winstone has been offered the antagonist role in the story. If he say yes, he’ll be joining Crowe, Logan Lerman and Emma Watson. Word is that he was up against a recently slimmer Val Kilmer. Ironically, it was Winstone’s size that was part oft he reason that the studio wanted him. It is pretty insane to think that after years of being bloated, Kilmer getting back in shape was what cost him his biggest role in years.
