Ahead of their big Comic-Con Panel, Sony has released a few new images from their upcoming Robocop reboot on the Omnicorp.com website.
The three new pics featured are:
ED-209 – Battlefield Control
EM-208 – Order Restored
XT-908 – Aerial Vigilance
It looks like the EM-208 is the prototype for what will eventually become robocop. There is still a lot of doubt surrounding the reboot, starring Joel Kinnaman as Alex Murphy/ Robocop. A lot of that seems to be around the new Robocop design (he looks more like the 80’s cartoon, Silverhawks had sex with a cylon). There’s a good chance that the first footage will appear at SDCC this week, then we’ll see how fans will really react to the new movie.
The new series is set for a two-episode premiere, June 4 on Disney+.
