Let’s start this off with the important disclaimer. This is a rumor and there has been no official notice from Disney about it one way or the other. With that said, there are now sources reporting that the soon to launch streaming network will not just have new Marvel content, but it will also bring with it a huge library of classic Marvel Comics animated series.
Series announced in the report include: X-Men ‘92, Spider-Man ‘94, Spider-Woman ‘79, Spider-Man ‘81, Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends, Iron Man ‘94, Fantastic Four ‘94, Incredible Hulk, Silver Surfer, and Spider-Man Unlimited. While there are a lot of great shows here, the one that has fans most excited is the 1992 X-Men animated series which still remains as one of the most popular adaptations of the Marvel mutants to this day.
