It’s been known for a while now that Charlie Cox would be popping up as Matt Murdock/Daredevil as part of the Hawkeye spinoff, Echo, on Disney+. Now we have some new details that not only tell us why he’s there, how much we’ll see of him, and what his appearance could mean for at least one other of his former Marvel/Netflix castmates.
In a new report from the generally reliable Weekly Planet Podcast, it looks like Cox will be featured in three episodes of the new series. he’ll be wearing a red and black costume, and he will be “looking for Jessica Jones.”
This last bit is extra interesting given that fans recently noticed that Disney+ just changed the name of the Netflix Jessica Jones series to AKA Jessica Jones.
Along with Cox, Echo will feature the return of Alaqua Cox as the titular character, Chaske Spencer, Tantoo Cardinal, Devery Jacobs, Cody Lightning, Graham Greene) and Zahn McClarnon.
