Once again, The Academy Awards is proven stupid for not nominating Ben Affleck for Argo, which has now twice been awarded as the best film of the year and once as best director of the year.
It wouldn’t be the first time this has happened… It just hasn’t happened since Driving Miss Daisy.
Big winners tonight were: Day-Lewis, Jennifer Lawrence, Tommy Lee Jones, and Anne Hathaway on the film acting side and Downton Abbey, which broke Homeland‘s award winning streak
