Variety is reporting that Susan Sarandon, star of Rock Horror Picture Show is in talks to join the cast of “Wallstreet 2: Money Never Sleeps.”
Sarandon will play the mother of a young Wall Street trader (Shia LaBeouf) who falls under the seductive influence of Gordon Gekko. Michael Douglas and Frank Langella also star. Production begins next month in New York.
One can only assume that in her role, she must support LaBeouf as he struggles between his new life in the world of big business and his old one, fighting along side the Autobots as they do their best to defeat Megatron and his Decepticons.
