One of the biggest events during the Thursday schedule of events at Comic Con this year is that Expendables 2 will be blowing up Hall H. Not literally mind you… at least we don’t think literall, but Sylvester Stallone, Terry Crews, Randy Couture, Dolph Lundgren, Jean-Claude Van Damme, and Arnold Schwarzenegger. will all be appearing on stage to help promote the film.
This is the first time that Schwarzenegger has been to Comic Con since he made a surprise appearance for Terminator 3. This is a big deal for him because this completes his journey back to the realm of celebrity and away from politician. With most of the attendees at Comic Con hailing from California, it will be interesting to see how they react to … their not most favorite former Governator when he steps up onto the stage.
Even if he gets a bad reception at first, all he has to do is say something like “I Told You I’ll Be Back… and here I am!” and the fans will probably forgive him.
