It was right around this time at last year’s Comic Con that Legendary Pictures announced that they were working on a Warcraft movie. Now, one year later, they have just revealed the logo for the film and some of the weapons they’ll be using, at their booth.
As previously reported, Duncan Jones is directing the movie, which focuses on “Anduin Lothar versus Durotan, Human and Orc heroes from the original real-time strategy games,” not the more recent, World of Warcraft video game.
There’s a good chance that we’ll learn a lot more during the Legendary panel in Hall H on Saturday, but until then, check out these great looking weapons from the film:
Doomhammer – “A savage orc weapon unleashed in the name of the Horde”
Dragon Sword – “This gleaming blade is wielded in the name of the Alliance”
Lion Shield – “Symbol of the strength of Azeroth”
Warcraft opens March 11, 2016 and stars Paula Patton, Travis Fimmel, Dominic Cooper, Ben Foster, Toby Kebbell, Rob Kazinsky, Daniel Wu, and Clancy Brown.
