Warner Bros. has just unveiled the first trailer for DC Comics’ “Wonder Woman” during its Comic-Con 2016 panel in Hal H.
While this is not the first time we’ve seen Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), this is the first time we’ve been introduced to her origin story which is set during World War I as an American pilot (Chris Pine) crash lands in Diana Prince’s sheltered island paradise inhabited by only Amazonian women.
Directed by Patty Jenkins (Monster) and penned by Geoff Johns and Allan Heinberg, “Wonder Woman” stars Gal Gadot, Connie Nielsen, Robin Wright, David Thewlis, Danny Huston, Elena Anaya, Ewen Bremner, and Saïd Taghmaoui.
“Wonder Woman” opens in theaters on June 2, 2017.
