‘Sonic The Hedgehog’ Super Bowl Ad

Sonic The Hedgehog might just be the comeback story of the last few years when it comes to movies. After a disastrous first trailer release (That we are still convinced was planned to go bad), the studio went back to the drawing board and re-designed Sonic so that he’d be more accurate to his look in the video games and less likely to cause night terrors for the kids who go see it in theaters.

Now, like Tylenol after they added tamper-proof caps, Sonic is back with the full support of the public. With the release of the film just a couple of weeks away (on Valentine’s Day), the studio has dropped $5 million on a Super Bowl spot and however much else it costs to get Michael Thomas, Christian McCaffrey, Allyson Felix, and Kyle Busch to all pimp the movie for them.

When it comes to speed, there’s only one name you need to know. #CatchSonic Don’t miss Sonic The Hedgehog when it speeds into theatres February 14. Get tickets now at http://SonicTheHedgehogMovie.com Based on the global blockbuster videogame franchise from Sega, SONIC THE HEDGEHOG tells the story of the world’s speediest hedgehog as he embraces his new home on Earth. In this live-action adventure comedy, Sonic and his new best friend Tom (James Marsden) team up to defend the planet from the evil genius Dr. Robotnik (Jim Carrey) and his plans for world domination. The family-friendly film also stars Tika Sumpter and Ben Schwartz as the voice of Sonic.
