Rebels has been a great series so far, and as it’s part of official Canon, you can expect that we’d eventually see more in the show that ties it to what we’ve seen in Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Personally, I think Rey is the child of either Kanan or Ezra, but we won’t know that for a long time. In the meanwhile, the new trailer for the rest of season 2 is pretty F’ing spectacular. Who is the old Master? Is he Snoke? Why does Ezra have a similar lightsaber to Kylo Ren? Is Ezra going to be seduced by the dark side? Is Ahsoka really going to face off with her old master or is that just a dream sequence?!?! SO MANY QUESTIONS!!!!
