Star Wars Stand Alone Films To Focus On Boba Fett and Han Solo

Star Wars news is coming in fast and hard. Yesterday, we got confirmation about the spin-off films from Star Wars and a rumor that one of them would be Yoda.

Today, the rumor about Yoda has been smacked down by some major truths via EW.

Here’s what we know now. The films will be based on A Young Han Solo and on Boba Fett.

For Solo, that means that we’ll be seeing his origin story, which many people don’t know puts him in the employment of the Empire as a pilot. That is where he meets the captive Chewbacca, saves his life and becomes bffs.

For Boba Fett, it looks like we’ll be seeing an early adventure of his that will either take place between A New Hope and Empire Strikes Back, or between Empire and Return of the Jedi. Sadly, this means we won’t see the story of how he gets free from the Sarlac pit… at least not yet.
