May 4th was already set to be an exciting day for Star Wars fans who have Disney+. It was previously announced that The UK subscribers would finally get their first episode of The Mandalorian and that everyone would get the first episode of the Mandalorian documentary series. Now, Disney has just announced that Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker will be heading to the streamer ahead of schedule, just in time for Star Wars Day.
This means that 10 of the 11 major Star Wars films will now be on Disney+: The entire Skywalker saga and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. Solo is still sitting out his contract on Netflix before he can join the party.
The complete Skywalker Saga, all in one place. Start streaming all 9 films, including Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, on May the 4th, only on Disney+.
