Stephen King’s Movie Adaptation Of ‘It’ Finds a Director

After 22 years, Pennywise the clown is coming back, but this time he’s making his way to the big screen for two films! Pennywise was without a doubt, one of the scariest clowns ever created and I still remember not wanting to eat fortune cookies for a very long time after watching the original mini-series from the 90’s.

Now it is being announced that Cary Fukunaga has just been contracted to direct not one, but two films to retell the story from Stephen King’s ‘It’. Along with directing the film, he’ll be co-writing the script with Chase Palmer, who is no stranger to adapting huge books into epic films… He’s the guy who wrote the scrip for Dune!
