‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem’ Coming August 2023

Earlier today, Paramount Pictures announced the release, title, and logo for their next CGI TMNT film, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem.

The film is directed by Jeff Rowe and Kyler Spears, from a screenplay by Brendan O’Brien. Rowe is best known for directing Mitchels vs The Machines, which was arguably the best animated film of the pandemic. When we last heard his name mentioned with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, it was for the film in development from Seth Rogen. While we didn’t see his name as part of the official announcement, Rogen did announce the film himself on his Twitter.

The Rogen-produced film was slated to be titled Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Next Chapter, but now it looks like they’ve gone in a more monstrous direction with Mutant Mayhem! TMNT: Mutant Mayhem hits theaters one year from today on August 4, 2023.
