According to SuperHeroHype, the first trailer for Marc Webb’s “The Amazing Spider-Man” is expected to be attached to select prints of “Captain America: The First Avenger” next week.
It will be a full trailer, reportedly two minutes and 30 seconds long. If your theater, for whatever reason, doesn’t play the trailer (your Parker luck), it’s almost a lock that it will be played at the Sony Pictures panel at Comic-Con next Friday.
I don’t know about you but I’m pretty excited for this new trailer and to see what Webb has envisioned for the wall crawler. In a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, Webb had this to say about the new Spider-Man:
“Ultimately what this movie is about is a kid who grows up looking for his father and finds himself. And that’s a Spider-Man story we haven’t seen before.”
Superman is currently scheduled for release on July 11, 2025
The new series is set for a two-episode premiere, June 4 on Disney+.
