Paramount Pictures and Marvel Studios will begin filming “The Avengers” in February of 2011 under directorial vision of Joss Whedon, reports Superherohype.
The much anticipated and ambitious project will also have an all-star cast staring Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), Chris Evans (Captain America), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye), Mark Ruffalo (Hulk), Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow) and Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury)
Currently it has a release date of May 4, 2012. “The Avengers” is expected to be shot in Los Angeles.
