Season 1 of The Boys on Amazon Prime was not only one of the more faithful comic book adaptations to make it to live-action, but it was also one of the biggest hits that Amazon Prime has had with its original programming. With season 2 on the way, it is time to introduce Stormfront, who will be played by the talented Aya Cash.
Here’s how Cash and Tony Star described her new character in an interview with EW.
“She can be quite the feminist,” says Cash. “You start off this season thinking she’s one thing and then discover she’s another. There are quite a few times where you’ll identify with her as an audience member or agree with what she says. I think [those] are the most dangerous people.”
“She’s the grenade that gets thrown into Homelander’s world and the world of the Seven,” adds Homelander actor Antony Starr. “She really causes me so many problems.”
