The Christmas Chronicles ended up being a surprisingly fun holiday movie from Netflix that starred Kurt Russell (Escape From New York) as Santa Clause and his real-life wife, Goldie Hawn (Private Benjamin) as Mrs. Clause. The movie did so well for the streamer that it wasn’t long before a sequel was announced and that is what brings us here today.
Netflix has just released the first teaser to the sequel to the movie, The Christmas Chronicles 2. In the new film. Mrs. Clause will be the main focus of the film, switching things up a little from the typical holiday movie. Along with Hawn and Russell, the movie, which was written and directed by Chris Columbus, stars Judah Lewis, Kimberly Williams-Paisley, Tyrese Gibson, and Julian Dennison. The Christmas Chronicles 2 hits Netflix on the 25th of November.
Superman is currently scheduled for release on July 11, 2025
The new series is set for a two-episode premiere, June 4 on Disney+.
