The Flash movie is still being made, even it is going to end up just opening the door for Warner Bros to replace the embattled Ezra Miller, and the path to doing it will, no doubt, be the Multiverse heavy story of Flashpoint.
In new news coming out just ahead of DC’s Fandome, we are finding out that The Flash’s Multiverse adventure will not only feature a much bigger than expected role for the returning Michael Keaton as the Batman who first took to the big screen with Tim Burton in 1989, but will also apparently feature the unexpected return of Ben Affleck to the cape and cowl for what will, undoubtedly be his last adventure.
Here what director Andy Muschietti told Vanity Fair about the upcoming movie –
“This movie is a bit of a hinge in the sense that it presents a story that implies a unified universe where all the cinematic iterations that we’ve seen before are valid,” Muschietti said. “It’s inclusive in the sense that it is saying all that you’ve seen exists, and everything that you will see exists, in the same unified multiverse
Now we can just hope that Fandome could grace us with news on Val Kilmer, Christian Bale and George Clooney.
