When the Fugitive was a real news story about richard Kimbal and his quest to find the one armed man that killed his wife, it was compelling. When it became a TV series, it moved on to legendary status.
Decades later it was turned into a surprisingly good Harrison Ford movie. That should have been the end of the tale. Heck, the fact that they had a sequel, US Marshals, should have drove it into the ground. Well, that’s just not the case. The new renaissance of remake hell is sinking one more level by taking the story off the shelves… again.
The offender, not surprisingly, is Warner Bros. They’ve been the leaders of the remake bandwagon lately. There’s no word on who will star, direct, or when we can expect to see the movie, but one thing is sure, it will probably suck.
