THR has announced that Willem Dafoe has just joined the cast of the upcoming Justice League film from Warner Bros and Zack Snyder. It’s reported that he’ll be playing a good guy in the film, unlike his time in the Marvel Spider-Verse where he played Norman Osborne, aka The Green Goblin. He’ll be joining another good guy casting announcement that hit recently of JK Simmons as the newest incarnation of Commissioner Gordon.
Right now, all we know about him is that he’ll be in both halves of the two film story.
You’ll be able to see Dafoe, Simmons, Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, and Ray Fisher in Justice League: Part One on November 17, 2017 and Justice League: Part Two on June 14, 2019.
