It’s so nice to be able to talk about something coming out and not something being delayed. It’s even better when it is the new show from Adventure Time creator, Pendleton Ward. All of Ward’s previous series were aimed at younger audiences, but they still found followings among adults. If you’re wondering what the vibe will be in the new series, here’s a quote from the main character before you dive into the trailer, synopsis, and pics released by the network:

The Midnight Gospel is the story of Clancy, a spacecaster with a malfunctioning multiverse simulator who leaves the comfort of his extra-dimensional home on the Chromatic Ribbon to interview beings living in other worlds. Created by Pendleton Ward (Adventure Time) and Duncan Trussell (Duncan Trussell Family Hour podcast), and animated by Titmouse.
The new series is set for a two-episode premiere, June 4 on Disney+.
