Ben Barnes, of The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian and HBO Westworld fame has signed on as a show regular for Netflix’s upcoming Daredevil spin-off, The Punisher, starring Jon Bernthal. Interesting side note, One of Barnes’ early film roles was in the film Stardust, where he played along side Charlie Cox, the actor who went on to play Matt Murdock/ Daredevil.
So, the question we all have on our minds is, who is Mr. Barnes playing? TVline is reporting a rumor that they heard he’ll be playing Bobby Saint, the bad guy from the god awful John Travolta Punisher movie. Meanwhile fans are hoping that he’ll be someone a little more familiar. Many are hoping that the pretty boy will get his faced all messed up and take on the role of Jigsaw.
