The first trailer for Ridley Scott’s “Robin Hood” starring Russell Crowe and Cate Blanchett has hit the net and it’s very different than what I was expecting. I dunno, it just watches more like a sequel to Gladiator than Robin Hood. Laced with a very heavy rock track and a lot of sword swinging something about it just seems off to me.
Where are all the forests? Where are all the merry men? Does Robin Hood even use a bow and arrow? If anything, this is definitely a much darker version of Sherwood forest.
