At last weekend’s D23, Director Rich Moore, Sarah Silverman and Jack McBrayer stopped to talk with the media about the upcoming Disney Animated film, Wreck It Ralph. The movie is about an old school 8-bit bad guy who is sick of being the villain and wants to try being a good guy. He jumps form game to game… hilarity ensues.
During the interview Moore took some time to talk about the challenges of bringing Disney magic to a character that looks like he popped off an old Atari console.
The coolest tid bit is that he let it drop that they are talking to Bruce Boxleitner about the possibility of having him do a walk on as Disney’s original video game badass, TRON!
The new series is set for a two-episode premiere, June 4 on Disney+.
