Kristen Bell and series creator Rob Thomas may both have full schedules between Frozen 2, The Good Place, iZombie, and the upcoming Lost Boys TV adaptation for The CW, but Variety is reporting that they might be carving out a little time to put the band back together. Their cult classic detective series, Veronica Mars originally ran from 2004-7 on what would UPN and The CW, before coming back as a Kickstarter-funded film in 2014.
While there is no official news as of yet, Variety is reporting that the series creator is currently developing a revival of the series with Hulu and that Bell is set to reprise her role as the lead character. The big challenge is what we mentioned at the beginning of this post. Both Thomas and Bell are really busy, so if we do get a series, it will most likely be a limited one with only 6-10 episodes.
