The Jurassic World films haven’t exactly been blowing up the critical reviews, but they have done well enough at the box office that it doesn’t really matter. People love seeing dinosaurs on the loose. While Chris Pratt won’t be back as Owen Brady for Jurassic World 3 until at least 2021, director Colin Trevorrow is back with a special treat in the form of a short film that was released on the Paramount network over the weekend. BATTLE AT BIG ROCK is an all-new short film directed by Colin Trevorrow, written by Trevorrow and Emily Carmichael.
The short takes place one year after the events of the last Jurassic World film in Big Rock National Park, where dinosaurs are now living in our world. The story follows a family of four whose encounter with these wild animals becomes a terrifying fight for survival.
