Megamind is one of those films that I actually learned about by accident at SDCC. I was standing in line for the Tron Legacy panel and it turned out that Megamind was before it. I’m not really a big fan of Will Ferell or Tina Fey so I wasn’t expecting much of anything. To my surprise, I really liked the footage and the storyline that they laid out in the panel. Later on I even found out that Guillermo del Toro helped them tweak the story to make it good.
Now, in preparation for the film’s release, Dreamworks has just pushed the first five minutes of the film out online. It is pretty great, check it out.
