When season one of ‘The Walking Dead’ ended a couple months ago, millions of fans immediately started jonesing for season two. It was a major blow to find out that we wouldn’t get a chance to see anything new from Robert Rodriguez and Frank Darabont until October. Well, thanks to some loose lips from ‘Breaking Bad’ star, Bryan Cranston, it looks like we might be in for some good news.
Here’s what he told New York Magazine:
“It was a decision from AMC that they wanted to position us in July… They want to attract as many eyeballs as possible, away from the heavy competition of the September, November [or] January start.”
“I believe they’re going to put Walking Dead in July as well.”
Could this just be wishful thinking or did Cranston spill the beans? Also, if Dead returns in July, what will that hold for their presence at this year’s Comic Con?
