‘Wolverine 3’ First Look at Stephen Merchant As Caliban

Fans of the Wolverine movies got a big treat today when both director James Mangold and the actor, Stephen Merchant, released images of how Caliban will look in the third Wolverine movie, ‘Logan.’

In the comics, Caliban was introduced as a member of the Morlocks, recruited by their leader Callisto. His mutant power involved his ability to track other mutants. It’ll definitely be interesting to see how he fits into the story, when Logan hits theaters on March 3, 2017.

If you can’t quite place the name Stephen Merchant, or can’t recognize him from the above photos, he is the sometimes comedy partner of Ricky Gervais. Along with co-starring in the British version of The Office, he also co-wrote both versions of the show for several seasons.
