A few minutes ago, we posted the new trailer for ‘X-Men: First Class’. It was not what most people were expecting, but it definitely gives us hope that the movie won’t suck. It was only 1:51 seconds and they threw a lot of information at us. So, let’s take a look at some of the most interesting images in the trailer:

The trailer starts out with a Young Professor X and his friend, Eric Leshner (Magneto) walking through a prison.

Then we get our first glimpse at the X-Mansion.

And our first shot of the whole team as they watch JFK give a speech about the Cuban Missile Crisis.

Cut to our first view of Emma Frost, played by January Jones and she appears to be in a prison of some kind.

Enter Zoë Kravitz, daughter of Lenny, as Angel Salvadore.

And here we get our first glimpse of Angel Salvadore spreading her wings while Charles and Magneto get cozy on a bed…

Here is where we are introduced to Nicholas Hoult, who is playing Hank Mccoy/ Beast.

Lucas Till makes his first appearance as Alex Summers, AKA Havok.

Edi Gathegi as Darwin.

The always beautiful Rose Byrne as Dr. Moira MacTaggert.

Jennifer Lawrence, mid transformation as Raven Darkholme / Mystique.

Our first look at the Blackbird. Boy, they sure had pretty advanced technology considering this happened during the Cuban Missile Crisis!

Here’s Nicholas Hoult giving us our first glimpse of a transformed Beast piloting the Blackbird.

Caleb Landry Jones as Sean Cassidy / Banshee.

Magneto on the hunt – Forcing a soldier to stab himself in the chest.

Beast – Mid Transformation.

Kevin Bacon as Sebastian Shaw, head of the Hellfire Club and Emma Frost – Mid Transformation.

Mystique looking ever so innocent.

Honestly, we aren’t sure about this one. The guy might be Hank and the girl is probably either Emma or Mystique.

Havok Letting Loose!

Professor X tries out Cerebro for the first time… ouch, looks painful!

Jason Flemyng as Azazel (Nightcrawler’s Dad) with Sebastian Shaw just about to Bamph!

Azazel Bamphs his way into a battle.

Magneto’s Helmet makes it’s debut!

Magneto, in what appears to be the same holding cell that once held Emma Frost.

Magneto using his power to lift a submarine from the ocean while riding the Blackbird.
