Here’s a sneak peak at the first image of Cartoon Network’s new ongoing series “Green Lantern: The Animated Series.” The image is from a poster that is being given away at this weekend’s New York Comic-Con. The show will be the first CG animated series featuring DC Universe comics characters.
Also the series will not be considered canon for the live-action movie franchise.
No release date has been given for, but there’s no doubt it’ll be some time in 2011 to coincide with the “Green Lantern” feature film which drops next June.
