Let’s be honest, the Hasbro Pulse Star Wars dioramas that have been dropping this year kind of suck. That could be why Disney has started licensing replicas to other companies like Spacewalls. This morning, the company dropped their first diorama – 1:12 Tantive IV Blockade Runner Replica Display Set from ‘Star Wars: A New Hope’ and you can immediately see the difference between it and its hasbro counterparts. Unfortunately, the new set piece also comes with a relatively hefty price tag of $179.99.
Check out all the pics and details below and then head over to Spacewalls to pre-order your set before orders close on December 13th.
This 1:12 Scale set is designed to look extraordinary on its own or to display your favorite collectibles. With its crisp details and high gloss finish, it is the perfect set to create and photograph amazing scenes with your 6-inch action figure collection. This huge display is both versatile and impressive…… most impressive. Measuring over 36-inches long, the Tantive IV is large enough to display more than 30 figures at a time. The set features, a removable door, realistic floor, 100+ static and blinking LEDs, and is loaded with tiny details and accuracy that only comes from access to the Lucasfilm source materials.
