If you thought they were going to make another Scream movie and not find a way to get Courtney Cox to reprise her role as Gale Weathers, you were apparently wrong. Deadline has just reported that the Friends/ Cougar Town star has signed on to act in the fifth chapter of the horror series.
Cox will be joining another franchise alum, and her ex-husband, David Arquette who is also coming back as Dewey Riley.
In the meantime, it looks like Courtney Cox has already been honing her horor chops, because we can watch her soon, when the horror comedy Shining Vale drops on Starz.
