Hideo Kojima Becomes A Toy From Danil YAD Yarmin x Mighty Jaxx’s Authors Series

Iconic video game producer, Hideo Kojima (The Metal Gear series, Death Stranding, Zone of Enders, and more) is probably represented somewhere on your shelf if you are a gamer. Now, he can actually be on your shelf. Mighty Jaxx, along with artist Danil YAD Yarmin have just announced that they’ll be releasing a vinyl figure of Kojima as the second figure in Danil’s Author’s series. Here’s a little about the Danil from his own words:

I live in Russia in the city of Krasnodar. All my life I liked to sculpt and create something. In 2012 I learned about Vinyl toys and tried to make my own blank figure. I was not satisfied with the result but decided to go further. In 2015, I began studying 3D programs and CG. These skills led me to make the concept of the first figure from the series “Authors.

Last year, Mighty Jaxx produced their first figure from the Author’s line, “The Shoe Designer” which was a figure of Air Jordan designer Tinker Hatfield. The new figure will simply be called ‘The Game Designer.’
