Playmates Reveals Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Toys

There have been a lot of mixed feelings about the new Turtle designs for the upcoming Nickelodeon Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series. While some people can’t get over the fact that the new April O’Neil is black, other people are just not happy with the design of the mutants that they’ve come to know over the last 25 years. One of the big tells is going to be how the toys sell, and today we are getting our first look at the complete line. We are even getting our first peek at the new, John Cena voiced, villain: Baron Daxum. If you look closely, you can see him in the middle of the Turtle’s Lair image.
